General Provisions

Management of this website https://veo-prime.com/ (hereinafter – the “Website”) is carried out by Sole Proprietor Peresada Yuriy Mykhailovych, TIN 3298120314, registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – the “Company”).

The Company treats the confidential (personal) information of all persons without exception who visit the Website, as well as those who use the services provided by the Website, with great respect; in connection with this, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Website’s services for each user.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for the processing of personal data by the Company, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Company’s interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding obtaining access, making changes, blocking or deleting their personal data and addressing any questions you may have regarding personal data protection practices.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

The owner and controller of the personal data of the Website users is Sole Proprietor Peresada Yuriy Mykhailovych.

When a user uses the services of the Website, the Company processes user data, namely: — data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services; — cookies; — IP addresses; — parameters and settings of internet browsers (User-agent).

Processing of Personal Data

The processing and storage of provided personal data are carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the functioning of the Website’s services is located. The provided personal data are processed and can be stored in the Personal Data Base or a separate table of the Website Database.

Purposes of Using Personal Data

Personal data are stored for a period no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.

Confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject‘s Activity on the Website

Conditions of Access to Personal Data

The procedure for access to the personal data of third parties is determined by the conditions of the user’s consent given to the personal data owner for the processing of these data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name, and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and details of the document certifying the natural person submitting the request are indicated, except in cases established by law.

User access to data about themselves is carried out free of charge.

Postponement of the user’s access to their personal data is not allowed.

Postponement of access to the personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. At the same time, the total period for resolving issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.

The notice of postponement is brought to the attention of the third party who submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.

The decision to postpone or refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to a court.

 

 

Rights of the Personal Data Subject

The Company informs you of your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, namely:

  • to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give an appropriate mandate to obtain this information to persons authorized by them, except in cases established by law;

  • to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;

  • to access their personal data;

  • to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer as to whether their personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

  • to submit a reasoned demand to the personal data owner objecting to the processing of their personal data;

  • to submit a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data, if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

  • to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision thereof, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or dishonors the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;

  • to file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to a court;

  • to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

  • to enter reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

  • to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

  • to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.

Changes to the Policy
